The App lets you capture rooms, balconies and terraces with your device's camera and LiDAR scanner. It then creates 3D models, floor plans and area calculations, organised into projects, floors or apartments, and scans. • The App does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. • It does not access your location, contacts or photo library. • It does not track you across other apps or websites. • Everything you create in the App is stored locally on your device. It is only transferred to us when you actively send a project (see section 5).

Die App benötigtThe App needs access to your device's camera, which includes the LiDAR scanner, to: • scan rooms and outdoor areas and generate 3D models and floor plans; • take reference photos of the scanned areas. You grant this permission through the iOS system dialog, and you can revoke it at any time in the iOS Settings. Without camera access, scanning and taking photos aren't possible. Camera images and depth data are processed on your device during the scan. Only the results are stored, on your device: the 3D model, the floor plan data, the calculated area, and the photos you take. Photos can unintentionally show people or personal belongings. Please keep this in mind when taking them.

The following data is stored locally on your device: • Project details: street and house number, postcode, city, and property type. • Floors or apartments: name and type. • Scans: name, area type (e.g. living area or balcony), measured area, outdoor weighting, 3D models, floor plans, technical scan data, and the reference photos you take. • Customer code: the code you entered to use the App. This data stays on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App. We have no access to it unless you send a project (section 5). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the App's functions you request).

When you tap "Send", "Retry" or "Sync" for a project, the App transfers that project to us. This includes: • Project: address (street and house number, postcode, city), property type, and creation date. • Floors or apartments: name, type, and the combined floor plan (3D file). • Scans: name, area type, measured area, outdoor weighting, the 3D model (USDZ file), and the reference photos. • Technical information: your customer code, the App version, and the time of sending. Internal technical data, such as raw scan data or AR world maps, stays on your device and is not sent. We use this data to create the living area calculations, floor plans and other work results you have ordered. Finished documents are provided exclusively to the ordering customer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Retention: We store sent projects only for as long as necessary for these purposes, or for as long as statutory retention obligations require. Details are in our general privacy policy. A note on third parties: a project's address, and photos of the property, may relate to other people, such as owners or tenants. Please only send projects if you are entitled to share this information with us.

A valid customer code is required to use the App. You receive it through your customer account, which is created by the ALPHA team. When you enter your customer code, the App sends it to our server to check whether it is valid. Only the code itself is sent. The server replies whether the code is valid. We use the check to link the App to your customer account and to prevent misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in preventing misuse, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The App's server functions, including the customer code check and receiving sent projects, run on technical infrastructure provided by hosting and IT service providers. These providers process data only on our behalf, under data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR). Data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA only where the legal requirements for this are met, for example on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR).

All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Data on your device is protected by the security features of iOS.

Under the GDPR you have the right to: • access your personal data (Art. 15); • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16); • erasure (Art. 17); • restriction of processing (Art. 18); • data portability (Art. 20); • object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). The App is aimed at professional users and is not intended for children under 16.
